What do we do in our lab to prepare orders?
Keep differing pipette tip sizes and/or brands separate from each other.

Keep all the pipette boxes' inserts and include them in the waste bin (we will use these to re-rack the pipette tips for washing in the instrument).

What is the minimum required for an order?
The minimum is 4 boxes of pipette tips. This required minimum is for the conservation of washing reagents and resources!

What is the turnaround time for orders?
We are able to wash up to 40 boxes of tips per 8 hours. Depending on the size of the order, 3-5 days from pick-up.

How are the pipette tips sterilized?
The pipette tips are sterilized using a combination of sonication, washing reagents, UV light, heat, and agitation.
